Buses are adapted for passengers with reduced mobility. The features include an automatic access ramp, reserved space for wheelchairs with safety clamps and fastenings, and an extended ramp and kneeling system to the right of the bus.
Please note that the itinerary may be altered due to events or celebrations in the city (cultural events, sports events, official acts, or construction works).
The guided walking tour of Madrid is offered in either English or Spanish. You can check information or reserve your spot using the QR codes available onboard the bus.
The Panoramic Tour ticket is valid for both routes for 24 hours after redemption, any day of the week. Only one trip per route is allowed.

Monumento a Filippo IV
Route 1 (Blue) and Night Tour will take you to discover Historical Madrid. This circular route takes you through a complete historical, artistic, and monumental circuit featuring the city’s key landmarks. Great Tour, not Hop On-Hop Off

4.00The ride was good. There are 2 loops. Several points of interest were repeated. Bring your own headsets (brought my Bose). Clean bus, friendly staff. It’s unfortunate the internet directs you to them as “Hop on-Hop off”. In Madrid, it seems to not be allowed and it’s just a continuous ride. Overall, a great way to see the area and get information.

2.00First, without a deep dive into the description I made the assumption that it was the same as all the other big bus city tours and that you could hop on and off at various locations around the city, you can not, but that was my fault for misunderstanding. This bus never stops. Next, the blue route which is supposed to be the historical route doesn’t even get near Plaza Mayor nor anything in the old section as far as I could tell. It was a disappointment and a waste of money.
