It was fun tour. It is panoramic tour!! It means you go for ride, but you can just get off at the end. And then change a bus for the other bus (one is historic Mad rid, one is a new Madrid.) But it was fun.

The recorded voice was not always clear, and the instructions were often confusing. Some of the information dwelled on unimportant facts, such as the number of plants & shrubs in the park

The bus tour was very informative however the maps are confusing and if the bus is full you can be waiting a while for the next one.

Madrid is a very walkable city with many attractions within just a few blocks of each other. I've used these buses on a few of our vacations and the one in Madrid is unnecessary. We didn't end up using this service at all.

Another good experience with the hop-on bus. It gave warnings on stops about petty crime which I’d never heard before elsewhere. It was 40c in August and the plastic seats were scorching. The architecture and various monuments were amazing to see. I visited Retiro park for a short time and returned in the am by train the next morning when it was cooler. The beauty of Madrid’s main stretch and fountains were also on the route I chose. Very good way to checkout the city sights along with the metro and bus.
