Join us at The Cooking Clubhouse, Madrid's funnest cooking school! in this hands-on cooking workshop, working in pairs you will learn the secrets behind a typical Spanish brunch. Learn to craft the perfect Spanish tortilla, master the art of creating spicy Brava sauce, and delve into the flavors of a typical Mallorcan tapa. Throughout the workshop, indulge in bottomless cava or wine while cooking and socializing with others. We try and go to cooking classes in most cities we visit. This was lovely. Our lead chef, Javier, was kind and welcoming and took us through all the steps needed to produce an excellent lunch. Throughly enjoyable. Completely recommend.

Not your usual cooking class.. only a couple dishes made but very good and enjoyable. Staff were excellent.

It was a lot of fun and the food we prepared was amazing. Our hostess was great and an excellent instructor. My only complaint was that we were the only group there and it would have been nice to have other guests to interact with. We recognize most tourists want to make paella however the Tortilla Class was the bomb!!

Jaime was the best! He greeted us at the door and offered us something to drink right away. He explained every part of the process and gave us some nice tips. Our glasses were never empty! He was very knowledgeable in cooking and in Spanish history! If we come back to Madrid, I will definitely do this again!

This class was a great experience. The employees were professional and fun to work with. It wasn’t a lot of prep work but we did the actual cooking. The champagne was a nice addition.

This is a really fun, high energy, cooking class. We really liked it because it was about two hours and so we had the rest of the day to see more of Madrid. The team was patient with us and showed us new techniques for cooking Spanish food. With a little bit of history and trivia thrown in.

This was so great. I took a new group for a team building and it was really fun. We got to socialize, cook and eat what we cooked together. It is a fantastic experience and a really great idea.
