5.00It was a lot of fun and the food we prepared was amazing. Our hostess was great and an excellent instructor. My only complaint was that we were the only group there and it would have been nice to have other guests to interact with. We recognize most tourists want to make paella however the Tortilla Class was the bomb!!

5.00Jaime was the best! He greeted us at the door and offered us something to drink right away. He explained every part of the process and gave us some nice tips. Our glasses were never empty! He was very knowledgeable in cooking and in Spanish history! If we come back to Madrid, I will definitely do this again!

5.00This is a really fun, high energy, cooking class. We really liked it because it was about two hours and so we had the rest of the day to see more of Madrid. The team was patient with us and showed us new techniques for cooking Spanish food. With a little bit of history and trivia thrown in.
