  Very solicitous, however, Saeed haphazardly accommodated us on this tour as if he were unfamiliar with this territory or substituting for someone else. Unfortunately, I need to be direct and honest. Of the eight places to visit as per our fully paid excursion we only did the following of which some were not on the itinerary: Oshino Hakkai Mt. Fuji 5 th Station. A small village for lunch A Wind cave in Fugaka Fuketsu in the Aokigahara Forest Oishi Park, a botanical garden and an ice cream. The following were not visited. Lake Yamanaka Ensoleille Excursion Ship Orakudanu Kurotamago Kan Lake Ashiniko Hakone Shrine Hakone Ropeway When I asked, what happened to Hakone, his response was unclear and he mentioned, “oh if you want to go we can go now, it is an hour away”. It was around 3 o’clock at that time, a bit late to restart on an excursion that should have been completed earlier in the day. I have used Viator in Croatia, Portugal and other countries with wonderful results but this left me puzzled, confused and disappointed as if this person was not a real tour operator with the proper permits/credentials to access the itinerary that we had signed up for. As I am traveling, these next few days, I would appreciate a email contact from management concerning this situation.

  We had the pleasure of having Shabeer as our driver and tour guide for our day trip to Hakone and Mt. Fuji, and he truly made the experience exceptional. From start to finish, he was punctual, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the areas we visited. He drove safely and comfortably, allowing us to relax and enjoy the scenic views. Shabeer went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience—sharing interesting facts, suggesting great photo spots, and adjusting the itinerary to make the most of our time. His warm personality and professionalism made the day even more enjoyable. Thanks to Shabeer, our trip was smooth, fun, and memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and engaging guide in Japan!

  Had a great day with our guide Saeed ! He was very courteous and accommodating. He came on time that we had agreed upon. The van was very comfortable and clean. If you book the tour, I would advise speaking to the guide about where you want to go and what you want to see because not everything listed on the itinerary is doable in the time alloted. I think these are suggestion only. But this has nothing to do with the guide and has to do with the management company. I highly recommend Saeed who helped us plan out a great day.

  From pick-up at our Airbnb, to drop-off at our location of choice, Shabeer was an awesome guide! He made sure our family was comfortably seated, offered us the use of his phone-charging station and Wifi, and made great conversation about our Japan destinations, and life in general :) During our day-tour to Mt. Fuji, he walked us through the ticket process of the Hakone pirate ship and ropeway tours, and provided helpful tips at our lunch stop ~ be sure to fill bottles with water sourced from Mt. Fuji! Aside from the day’s tour, Shabeer pointed out which sites would be ideal for our other dates and times ~ it’s evident he’s had a lot of experience. Knowledgeable, flexible, polite, and fun, Shabeer is a top-notch guide!

  We had a fabulous trip to Mt. Fuji with our excellent tour guide Attary. He picked us up at our hotel on time and brought us to many beautiful sites around Mt. Fuji. We visited Oshino Hakkai, Lake Kawaguchi, Churido Pagoda, and others. He also took us to a few good shopping places for souvenirs and a nice restaurant for lunch. Attary was very knowledgeable about Mt. Fuji and the surrounding area. I would totally recommend him as an excellent tour guide. Overall we loved the trip!
