1.00Very disappointed conformation was given and ticket was sent to us for our trip to Mount fuiji 7am Friday Sept 6th. We got ready and came down to our hotel lobby waiting for our driver to pick us up. Try calling the driver no answer. Message Viator reply with in 15 minutes to tell us our trip was canceled and we were very disappointed. There were no email or text messages to notify us about this cancelation. I will not recommend to anyone of my friends or family. Lack of communication and don't value their customers value and time.

5.00I’m glad we got this tour. It’s worth the money if you want to see different locations. Out tour guy was amazing and gave us ideas of what to do on each location. They arrived on time to the hotel near Disney.
