Shinkyo Bridge

5.00Long day (5.5 hours on the roads), 4.5 hours at attractions - Kegon falls, the lake, Ryozu cascades, temple and shrines area in Nikko and the famous bridge. Our driver, Sarfraz, was EXCELLENT, very friendly and knowledgable.
Disappointment with Douzo Tours

1.00If can, I would not give any star at all! We booked a private driver to Nikko with Douzo Tours. At the last minute they changed driver from a different company without informing us nor shared my contact number with the new company. We waited for 1 hour in the hotel lobby. After many calls and with the help of the hotel and family members, finally someone called to say that the driver was waiting outside our hotel. The replacement driver then told us he was a last minute replacement from another tour company and they didn't give him my contact number. We wasted 1 hour so we didn't get to go down to the Kegonno waterfall because we were going to Edo Wonderland. I thought it would be more reliable to book through a platform like Viator but not. Very disappointing
