This was by far our favorite activity of the trip! Such a hands on experience as well as education throughout the process. Ivan was a great host. We made sangria and paella and everyone was able to participate. If you go abroad, what better way to engulf yourself in local culture than through their traditional foods!

A very informative and fun way to learn about Paella, Sangria and Spanish cuisine. Miguel and Lila made the paella class so much fun with a lot of laughter. An experience not to be missed. Make sure to book your slot with them if you are visiting Madrid.
