I had the BEST time doing this. I was looking for something to fill an evening before flying home after a few weeks in Europe. I thought this would fit the bill, but I've never taken a cooking class or anything like that, so I didn't know what to expect. This was among one of the highlights of my entire trip! I'm sure the others in the group impact your experience and there were some amazing folks in the workshop that night, but the chef and the other "workshop assistant" were also fabulous and I had a BLAST (bottomless Sangria's don't hurt).

This was a fairly good experience, but did leave a few things to be desired for us! 1) We didn’t love collaborating with the entire group on one dish. This allows you to only do a few steps in the process each, 2) There was no readily available seating, which really surprised us since there was an elderly couple on the tour, 3) The room was HOT, 4) If you care about aesthetics, the setting isn’t very instagrammable. Overall it was still a pleasant experience, but wanted to share the above thoughts incase those things matter to anyone else looking into the workshop!

Amazing - our hosts cristal and Ivan were so lovely and despite being a solo traveller, they managed to get the whole group talking and working together. Learnt a lot, laughed a lot and it surpassed my expectations!!
