1.00The tour didn't start on time, I selected a tour in spanish of the royal palace and even after they checked my reservation, they were sending me to do a tour with a group in english. They didn't give me the earphones at the beginning and I had to ask them another time. They never apologized, the staff was rude and unfriendly. At the end of the tour the were really pushy into advertising their other tours and leaving a review on Tripadvisor. The tour was on the 11th of August in the morning.

1.00Tour Operator called 30 minutes before advertised start time to tell us we had to be there immediately because tour was about to start. Our Uber could not make it that quick.. Operator blamed palace for a change in admission time. Surely they'd be in contact regularly with the palace to be aware of time changes?
