Inside the Palace you will see the main structure of the Spanish Monarchy through the centuries. Flamboyant clocks, unbelievable decoration, the most subtlest kind of art and, maybe most important, the Spanish History since the building was built (and something about the previous), which makes the tour not just beautiful, but useful when in Madrid. You will know things you will be able to apply to the rest of your journey in Spain. Since we begin to work at places like the Prado, there was something we had clear: our products need to be sustainable so we can do our best. That's why we work just with a maximum of 8 people at a time. We know you already know things about the Royal Palace (3.418 rooms, luxury, etc) but what makes this a special tour is that we really care about you. We have a compromise with you and with our lovely country, so we want you to really enjoy it and go back to your home with a great memory about us and our little, tiny place in the world.

Saved a lot of time with skip the line. Very informative tour that wasn’t a “script.” Maria was wonderful! Didn’t feel rushed and she was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I give Maria five stars. She was friendly and super informative. I suggest going with a tour instead of on your own. There is just too much information to cover.

Good tour guides are luckily frequent, great ones not so much. Maria is a great one and she was able to move our small group through crowds without losing a beat. She found corners and areas where we were not so squished in these huge state rooms. The Audio Units were essential because we could hear her narration perfectly at a conversational, almost hushed level; gone are days when tour guides in different languages at the top of their voices made for a confusing babble. Maria patiently explained the history, decorative highlights and significance of each room in a way that was easy to understand and with a sense of humor, explaining the ‘sandwich’ of successive rulers, the two Carlos’ that were the top and bottom slices of bread, and the three Felipes in the middle! Maria kept everyone together despite the crowds that day. This 2 hours went very quickly and we hope that you will get Maria as your guide.

Maria gave us a wonderful tour of the Royal Palace. She clearly knows the history of this palace and answered many questions asked of her. A great tour!
