Nice tour , wish we would be able to see the locker rooms or tunnel to the field. I took Some nice pictures and bought a jersey.

The ticket with the QR never arrived on the site and could not be downloaded. If it wasn't for the help of a stadium stewardess who spoke to the site attendant on the phone, we would never have entered. Bad Service. Tickets with QR must be emailed immediately after payment and not 1 hour before entering the stadium. Definitely won't use it again

Even if we are not a supporter of Real Madrid, I must admit that this visit dazzled our eyes. A magnificent 2H visit to see the history of the club as well as the trophies and the highlight of the show is to sit in the gallery and contemplate its magnificent stadium.

Amazing the stadium of Real Madrid. It is also worth visiting the museum. A pity the stadium is in works when of our visit, preventing a more complete tuor, however, what we saw was very cool.

HORRIBLE, it is a robbery, you are charged almost double for a simple ticket, they tell you it is with guided tour but it is hook, the ticket is a normal one without guide through the stadium, better buy them on the website, already claim and there is no solution, it was a robbery that I have been charged 71€ per person for a simple ticket without tour of 38€
A must visit.

It was no communication before picking up the tickets. Thanks a guy from Amigo Tours Madrid the trip happened well. But I had had a big effort to find right way for tickets. Never more with this agency.

Absolutely the worst tour experience we’ve ever had – avoid this company at all costs. We booked our stadium tour TWO MONTHS in advance, only to show up (after spending 40 euros on a cab) and be told our tickets had already been used. Shocked and confused, we contacted the tour company immediately, only to be told that they had to cancel the tickets and could only offer a rebooking for the following day. No apology. No accountability. Just a “too bad, not our problem” attitude. We had other tours scheduled the next day, and this forced us to rearrange our entire itinerary. Spent money on a round trip taxi to get to the stadium and over two hours on the phone trying to resolve this—no help, no ownership, no compensation. Just a waste of time, energy, and money. If you value your vacation time, do not book with this company. Unprofessional, disorganized, and completely unwilling to make things right—even when the mistake was clearly theirs.
