My wife and I were the only guests on this tour in early September, 2018.. Our guide was Asami and she had an assistant, Lora. Both were very lively and talkative. Tolds us about customs and manners of Japanese eatingvery interesting and took us to several restaurants. The first was a grilling place. Grilled fish and veggies--very good. The second was a place where vegetables were cooked by boiling., interesting. A third place for layered omelet , and saki tasting. In-between walking a viewing vending machines and more.
Very enjoyable.

A very pleasant evening with Anne walking around the Shimbashi salary man's neighbourhood. This was much more than just a food tour, Ann was delightful and happy to share her wealth of local knowledge on Japanese food and beyond. We tasted food that we would have never found ourselves and learnt much of the Japanese cuisine culture. We certainly weren't hungry at the end of the evening. This exploration of food gave us confidence to continue our tasting throughout our holiday. We would recommend without hesitation.

Highly recommend this food tour! It was a GREAT way of exploring the area and trying dishes that we would have never tried before - particularly raw chicken! :
