This cooking class was such a fun experience for me and my family. Lola made sure everyone was included in the cooking of the food. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Drinks were offered during the class such as water, wine, and beer. We got to eat what we cooked and it was fantastic. Our class made paella with squid, fish, Russian salad, and croquettes. At the end we enjoyed drinks while just talking and sharing stories. Lola had shared a hilarious story of how a Celebrity British chef united all of Spain against him because he added chorizo to paella. Lola was an excellent teacher and very kind to everyone. I would highly recommend taking this class. Treat yourself!

We learned a lot from this class about Paella, the cultural context and history. It was a great experience with all recipes to take home. We'll definitely remember Lola when we make our next rice. And yes, the wine was flowing!

Amazing experience!! Lola was top notch chef/instructor/hostess. She was knowledgeable, welcoming and planned the perfect dishes . This class has been a highlight of our experience in Madrid! Lola was fantastic…knowledgeable and very personable. She made the food preparation very accessible for all and we left feeling like we could create the meal back home. We went as an extended family (grandparents and teenagers) and everyone loved it! Highly recommend!
