The product is the transfer service between Central Tokyo and the Tokyo Cruise Port / Yokohama Port. Please note that the Tokyo Cruise Port and Yokohama Port are different ports, please select the correct port to book. This reservation is only for one way. If you want to book the transfer for the return trip, please make another booking or contact us. We will contact you to confirm the pick-up details, including the pickup time, the drop off address, the number of passengers and luggage, the cruise number, etc. The driver will be arranged and the driver's info will be sent to you one day in advance . The driver will wait for you at the meet point, our customer service will help you to find the driver. We provide 7*24 customer service, please feel free to contact us by email, WhatsApp or phone.

5.00I booked 4 taxis 3 came early no problem. The 4th was caught in a bad traffic jam right in front of my hotel. He did finally inched through. We all got to our destination on time.
Essential transport with a lot of luggage, highly recommend this as stress free travel from port to hotel in Tokyo!

5.00Mindy from GT-Transfer contacted us in advance via WhatsApp of our arrival into Tokyo Cruise Port on the Regatta. She organised with us where and when to meet our driver after disembarkation, which helped with my stress level that all was super organised in advance. All went smoothly (one of the few parts of the Oceania experience that went well. They’re excellent @ disembarking all the guests as quickly as possible!! Our driver was waiting for us in the parking lot with a large comfortable van with plenty of room for us and all our luggage. Without a doubt THE easiest and most stress-free way to arrive to the door of our lovely JR Kyushu Hotel Blossom Shinjuku, an excellent place to stay too. So pleased we organised this transfer, thank you Mindy and your staff from GT-Transfer.

3.00While the driver got us to the port there was no communication during the trip. No one could sit in front seat due to baby car seat. We all crowded into back with our small luggage on laps as did not fit in luggage hold. Maybe Viator needs to validate that contractors can accommodate clients/luggages. Very crowded experience. Once we got out he took pictures of his van as if we had contaminated or damaged his vehicle on the short drive. We felt very humiliated by his actions. Would definitely not want someone else to feel such humiliation. Would not recommend.

5.00GT-Transfer was a great. Our driver Sha Ho was on time and did a great job packing all of the luggage in the van. There were five in our group and we had a lot of luggage, it all fit nicely. The ride from near Tokyo Station to the cruise port in Yokohama was smooth and trouble free, right to the door of the terminal. Great job!
