  Thank you Miguel for a wonderful day. You were kind and gracious. The sights were fantastic. The food was yummy and the company was fun. I thought I knew the story of Don Quixote but you taught me even more. And the pictures you took of my husband and myself are treasured. The one and only feature that I would like to suggest… the meeting place instructions could be clearer. The meeting place at the stock exchange is the drive thru area next to the naval museum and not across from it.

  So rich in history. The best about this tour is the engagement between guide and participants. Miguel was amazing and we couldn't spend a better time during our visit to Madrid. He went all in, taking his time explaining and teaching about it. Didn't hold himself to the timeframe making sure we all could take pictures and to enjoy the moment. Gave us great recommendations while at Toledo and make sure we all could enjoy the trip. Fantastic job by him. Will definitely ask for him when booking this trip.

  We were a late booking due to another tour operator cancelling and were impressed by the quick confirmation and follow up information. We were the only English speakers in the small group but Miguel ensured there were English translations- he was super helpful and helped get some great photos. The information provided at the windmills and about Don Quixote was great. We did have a very chatty front seat passenger who monopolised the driver/guides time and we would have liked a bit more information about Toledo as we drove there - but Miguel did his best! Toledo was free time (and a delicious lunch (recommended!) and we visited the Cathedral having read that there was some impressive artworks by El Greco and had time for a quick look at those. It was a well paced day and very comfortable tour and good driving by Miguel. Recommended!!

  

  

  

• Great Tour of the Windmills

  This was a small tour group to the windmills and Toledo. The guides were welcoming and professional. The best part was the windmills. Our tour guide Miguel shared interesting details about the history of the mills and how they played a part in the wonderful stories of La Mancha. We got to experience them up close as well as enjoy the great views. Toledo was less structured and it was super crowded on the day we went, so not as enjoyable.

  Very disappointing. The guides spoke very little English. Our driver spoke through a translator but it was annoying at times. Our guides were good drivers but not good guides. We thought we would have an option to pay for the Iberia ham lunch but this was not offered. In Toledo we expected the guides to point out a few things we should see but they just told us to spend 3 hours wandering around on our own. We would not recommend this tour if you are expecting guides who speak English.

  Great tour I lived there explanationsof the different windmills and some e wrote from Don Quijote and Manual de Cervantes Also our guide Miguel Angel was super nice and accommodated all our requests like picture taking etc

  A must see!! It was a wonderful experience!!! Our tour guide and operator was very helpful. He has both Spanish and English language tours. We had fun in La Mancha and Oh boy, Toledo was magnificent. The Cathedral of Toledo, St Mary’s was so big and you need to see all the historical and ancient works of art. These places definitely offers different aspects of their culture that is different from other European cultures like France or G.B. Our lunch was from a fine tapas restaurant. We indeed enjoyed the food and the tour. Definitely recommend this tour to everyone!!!
